BYF Workshops and Assemblies
The BYF Project holds workshops for primary school and younger secondary school students to increase awareness about youth mental health, and share important resources via engaging and lively events.
Our workshops are thoughtfully designed spaces for self-reflection, shared learning, and meaningful connection. Through guided journalling sessions, open discussion, and accessible mental health resources, students are encouraged to better understand themselves, reflect on their experiences, and build supportive connections with those around them.
