Co-Founder
Sabrina Kanli
Sabrina founded The Buy Yourself Flowers Project to break the stigma around mental health and create a nationwide community where teenagers do not feel alone. After Sabrina went through academic burnout in school and experienced self-criticism, she decided to create a space where teenagers can share their experiences with one another.
She aims to raise awareness about teenage mental health and help people understand that changing emotions are part of being human. Her aim is to help young people develop self-compassion, resilience, and self-growth, and to understand that it is absolutely normal to have struggles and that they do not have to go face them alone.
Co-Founder
Isaure Pajot
Isaure founded The Buy Yourself Flowers Project to fill a gap in accessible mental health support for teenagers. After moving countries, she experienced a sense of isolation and understood how difficult it can be for teens to navigate change, emotions, and identity without the right support around them.
She created The Buy Yourself Flowers Project to help change that. Her aim was to build a positive space where teenagers could feel seen, supported, and encouraged to grow into themselves. At its heart, the project is about promoting self-growth and self-love, while giving young people access to information, encouragment, and comfort that is so often missing.
